A busy month of July, with lots of patrols around the local area. We are still focusing our patrols on Old London Road, The Peace gardens and the Co op due to a significant number of reports around anti-social behaviour and thefts. If anyone sees anything or witnesses any anti-social behaviour please do let us know.
Our Priorities for the ongoing months will continue to be · The Irresponsible use of E Scooters. · Youth ASB- outside Ladies Mile Road and surrounding areas.
Community Meetings:
Our next community meeting will be held at The Old Boat Community Centre on Tuesday 25th August. This will take place at 2pm. Councillor Anne Meadows will also be in attendance.
Feel free to come along for a coffee and chat about any local issues.
Dates to note: Patcham and Hollingburys DUCK FAYRE is fast approaching. The date is Sunday 30h August 11am -1630. As always, I am sure this will be a fun packed day, lots of events and stalls. An excellent way to bring the community together.
Please do not forget the New Community Support HUB.
The Old Boat Corner are introducing a new monthly support morning. This will take place on the last Wednesday of the month from 0930am – 1130am. You will be able to meet experts to ask about money, finance, family support, health and well-being, energy advice and digital support. No appointments are needed. Just show up on the day.
This is a fantastic idea where you can pop along and get any of your questions answered. The café serves delicious coffees and cakes as well so why not get yourself down there for a treat or two.
Stay safe,
See you out and about | ||
